Privacy

Short version: you send one file, I use it to produce one report, then I delete it.

What you send

A shipment export from your label platform. Depending on the platform, this may contain tracking numbers, ship dates, weights, box dimensions, destination ZIP codes, service names, and order references.

It typically does not need to contain customer names or street addresses. If your export includes them, you can delete those columns before sending — the audit doesn't use them.

What happens to it

• The file is read locally to produce your report.
• It is not uploaded to any third-party analytics, database, or AI service.
• It is deleted within 30 days of delivery, or immediately on request.
• It is not used to train anything, sold, or shared.

What is kept

Only the delivered report (spreadsheet and summary) and a payment record, kept for accounting. If you ask me to delete the report too, I will.

Payment

Payment is handled by PayPal. This site never sees or stores card numbers. PayPal's own privacy policy covers the transaction data on their side.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party advertising or tracking scripts. If aggregate visit statistics are enabled, they are cookieless and record page views only — not individual visitors.

The calculators

The dimensions you type into the free calculators are processed in your browser and are never sent to a server.
